new to the forum, I have a 7 mile race in two and have last minute training questions

 

I train about 15 to 20 miles a week which includes a longer run of 6 to 8 miles on Saturdays. So I'm out about 3 times a week.

 

 

The last 2 weeks I've been offline with some distractions and have two weeks to kick myself in the butt and give a final push to prepare.

 

 

Your choice:  more miles/run, more runs/week, increase duration/run at same pace, intervals for speed??  AAAHHH!!
