Yes, we've been there, trying to make this an annual family vacation actually.  This is our third time in four years.  We stay on Bellows Air Force Station in the cabins directly opening your door onto the beach and breeze.  It's so awesome, we leave our beach chairs, towels, everything on the beach all night, walk out the next morning and it's still right there.

And I've seen lots and lots of beaches, on Hawaiian islands and otherwise, and this is the most beautiful ever.  Just amazing.

I can take Waikiki for about an hour, just for the "experience," then I get tired of sidestepping people, broken glass, cigarette butts, and trash.  Ugh.

This is where I'll be running this time next week!

Look at it this way, Nita.  You're my long lost daughter that I never knew about.  And I wouldn't own up to the possibility of being related to those two guys if I were you either.  Yeah, I'd like to go to Hawaii, but not with my daughter.  Have fun!
