Thanks Sarah! I have started running and am starting to really like it. I wasn't sure at first, I think because of my extra weight (about 15-20 pounds) but my body is feeling great, my mind, everything!! Thanks again, Michelle
Hey congrats , not only on the wedding but also starting a new running plan. As far as going out to run , with me it was just " it's tuesday , and time for a run " as nike would say " Just do it " . And as someone else said you don't have to run in the morning , I know for me it's always at night in which I run.If you still to the c25k you will succed ! I'm on week 6 and just completed my 20 minute run and needless to say I feel amazing. Oh and also check out http://www.ullreys.com/robert/Podcasts/page6/page6.html those are the runing podcasts. They really help you because they tell you when to walk / run , I highly recommend . Good luck !
