Does anyone have any tricks to ease anxiety?
Breathing is the biggest thing I've found to ease anxiety. If you really focus on your breath and slowing it down you will notice a difference.
I rememver that I read an article avout it in active articles....I found it , here it is :

Meditation - and you don't have to be a pro or anything. My advice just sit in a quiet area and focus on one thing - for example breathing as mentioned or you could hold steady an object - something that inspires you and will bring a smile to your face.
Sleep better. Anxiety can be transformed into personal power. Listen to the thoughts, they may be telling you something or the brain is running on autopilot.
Use deliberate programming to keep yourself focused. My daughter who is a dancer works with this woman here in PA and it changed how she uses her mind and the energey of anxiety (that what she called it). So you can change the experience..

Take a deep breath and think of your fond memories.
I use Qigong meditation, which is a very ancient Chinese form. Breathing is a HUGE part of it definitely.
