I haven't even thought about doing it, but I just saw the discussion group and figured I'd ask if anyone has done it. What'd you think? Would you recommend it?
I actually just took a meditation class last night and loved it! I would defenitely recommend it - it was relaxing and very calming. You can find class anywhere too, yoga studios, religious centers, etc.
I am going to go weekly - I am hoping it will help me stress less and focus more!
Yea Meditation is very important, not just for your mind and stress relief but for programming your subconscious mind
