Can't e-mail support and I need confirmation on a race that I signed up and paid for. Anyone can help?

I signed up for a race and never got a confirmation e-mail. My credit card was charged and the customer support e-mail doesn't work. Can anyone help me get ahold of them?  I signed once before and never had a problem.  Thanks  P.S. will the confirmation number that I got off the computer when I first signed up get me in the race if I don't here back from active in time?
