Triathlon Books

Hey everyone,

I'm just starting out in the world of Triathlon and I'm wondering what book(s) are the best to get and read? I've heard perhaps the TriathletesTraining Bible by Joe Friel but I'm not to sure. I want to most up to date training information and triathlon information possible.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Re: Triathlon Books

Triathlete training bible is good in a textbooky kinda way

I loved becoming an ironman - very inspirational

heard good things about Triathlon 101 by Mora and going Long by Byrn and Friel

I also liked training plans for multisport athletes by Bernhardt think on velopress.com
