I fractured my growth plate running a 10k on Jun 14 of this year, and have not been able to run since. I'm 15, so the damage isn't too bad, and my pediotrist thinks i should be able to start taking easy jogs in about a month.
Heres my problem;
I joined track at my high school, and raced myself into shape. I was running two meets a week and doubling up 1.5 and 3k's each meet. How do I get back into shape now that that is not an option?
