Hello,

1 had one road session and it went well.  All levels and beautiful fall day in New England.

Today we are meeting at WPI College track.  This way we can all be together at different paces, and get a workout in before trick or treating and enjoying all those delicious sugar and fat treats

Maybe others will dress for the day and run in costume
