Can anyone give me an idea of what some good pace times would be for 5k, 10k, and half marathon?? I know that it depends on personal ability, but what would be a good time goal to shoot for on each of these races? What is above average?
How many minute/miles are you folks running for these races? Curious. Thanks!
If you have some race times or a PR from a measured training run, you can use a pace calculator to estimate a pace based on a training plan.
I plugged in my recent 10k time 45 Min and it estimated an equivalent pace for a 1/2 Marathon. 1 Hour 40 Minutes. (Time was much faster than I ever thought I could do but it was suprisingly accurate)
The idea is to use the provided training plan to achieve the pace provided.
