Good morning and happy hump day
I did my speeder run at my speediest pace yet this morning--must have been that 18 degree wind chill! I was pretty toasty though, no complaints.
Chuck, great job on your lsd and 5 miler! Hope the tummy's feeling better.
spicegeek, enjoy your vacation! Sounds like paradise compared to our temps right now. Have fun at the concert too!
carmen, how is your back feeling? I hope it's better. Have you decided about the half?
misswendy, glad to hear you are running strong! Is your race Sat or Sun? Best of luck--we'll be cheering you the whole way!!!
runjr, snow already... too early for that! I ran exclusively on the TM last winter, didn't really start outside until after my knee surgery. Now I can't imagine going back to the TM - but I'll have to find a way once the streets get icy. Have you had a chance to run with DD lately?
Gayle, so glad you're back to running! Don't overdo it on the hip. Hope you can make that turkey trot!
Cara, enjoy your rest day! I don't think there are many races around here in Jan, Feb or March, but I'm going to look for something in April. I have leftover zucchini lasagne for lunch today, must be lasagne week
Dan, I hear you on "focus-less" running, I've felt that since my half. Time to pick another race!
Joe, glad the ankle is feeling better. Congrats to DW, great pace for a walker! Thanks for the turkey trot wishes--with a really strong wind at my back, I might be able to finish within 10 minutes of my DDs!
Mary, great job on your runs! Hope your little one got along well.
Erin, nice job on your runs! You might want to think about scheduling a few cut-back weeks in your half training plan, since you have extra time to work with... help insure you get to the start injury-free
Everyone have a good one!
