Texas Tech scores 167 points

Texas Tech scored 167 points in a victory over East Central. East Central scored in triple figures as well with 115--and they still lost by more than 50 points!

The previous school mark was 128 points, set in a double-overtime win against Texas on Feb. 20, 1994.

That is the highest basketball score I have ever heard of. I wonder was the NCAA record for scoring in a single game is..

I'm sayin' Trish, where and when was this game?? I'm interested in knowin', in fact I'm looking at Texas as a move for me as my next step, hopefully a D1 out there.
