I would like to begin a weight training program, but I don't have enough money for a gym membership or room in my home to purchase a free weight set. I have done some weight training with my own body before like push-ups and sit-ups etc. I am hoping to do that again. Does anyone know of some books that would be good references for me to do these types of exercises?
There are tons of sites on the web. This site talks of using weights but also describes how to do some exercises without weights using just your body weight.
