I started running a few years ago and was able to get up to a 12 mile training run in preparation for a half marathon. I never made it to the half, probably because I pushed myself too hald. I kept running until this past summer when work and other distractions kept me from including running in my routine. I snuck in a mile or 2 here and there to stay in relative decent shape until a few weeks ago.
Well... I'm back baby! I started the C25k with week 4, day 1. I figured it would be easier than it was but it was very humbling. I can't wait to get through this again and train for the Broad Street Run in May. Nothing's going to stop me now.
