I recently signed up, I have been running for about 5 years now.
I used to dread having to run. .. Then one day I said to myself, let me run one mile without stopping. Well I did, painfully.
After a few days of rest I said, let me go for 2 miles. It took me a few weeks of practice but I made it to 2 weeks.
From then on I made it all the way up to 12 miles in one sitting!
Though I only like to run in the streets and it has taken its toll on my knees, I still find the time twice a week.
am also working on a music podcast for runners called Motion Traxx. I was wondering if some of you
wouldn't mind filling out a quick survey I have put together?
I really would appreciate some of your feedback in gearing the podcast towards all of your likes.
