I swim 3000 yds 2 to 3 times per week at 2 pools. One pool is very cold and I get calf cramps that remain sore for a week. I would love to prevent this. Any advice?
I would try a banana once a day, that always works for me. The potassium is supposed to prevent cramping.
Its tough to avoid.
