I am planning on doing my 5th half marathon in 22 weeks. In previous years I simply ran to run (I ran with slower people) but this year I would like to race it in hopes of finishing in 90 minutes. I've never really trained for any long races (I was a sprinter through college) but my best and only 8k race was done in 37.59 and my most recent 5k which was done in the winter was 24.03. I am coming off of an MCL tear but should be able to start training in about 2 weeks. Any thoughts, ideas, tips for me? Is this a feasable goal?
