Health Benefits of Omega Vitamins

 

I take 6 1200 mg of Omega 3 and a tablespoon of Cod Liver Oil. I also eat walnuts,flax seed and salmon. Pharmacutical grade fish oil is very good but a little pricey.Chiropracters recommend Omega 3 for muscle soreness and this vitamin also good for your heart.
