Sticky Posts

It would be very nice if admins/moderators could have the ability to create sticky posts. That way we could create FAQs and other resources and ensure that they don't get bumped down by new posts. It's a common feature in other bulletin board software, and one that I think would represent a real enhancement here.

Re: Sticky Posts

This is one thing that I have noticed is missing. But . . . I'm a mod on the Marine Corps Marathon forum and it is organized a little differently. We have several tabs at the top, including one called "Documents", that are at least part of what you are suggesting. We can also put announcements at the top of the board, which always show first. See it here: http://community.active.com/community/sports/running/events/mcm?view=discussions

Runnin' out here in the rain.
Just one more mile, if only you could fly.
