After watching Lance & Levi speed through my town(Clovis) last month for the Tour of California, I was inspired to get serious about cycling again. My question is, I'm going to try to use this Active trainer site, and recently purchased a heart rate watch. I want to maximize my workouts because I don't have a lot of time...I'm a little unsure of how to train with a heart rate monitor any sage advice out there?
