Don't forget to start your 8 weeks of on-line training.

Hi there!!
The event will be _Saturday July 11th @ 4pm _at the Ionia RIver walk located down by the Ionia Fair Grounds.

I'm interested, please keep us posted ![]()
If you are still having troubles I can send you some diretions. Or if you attend the meeting in Ionia on Wednesday nights the leader should be able to print off a copy of the directions I have sent her.
Hi There
Just to let you know my husband and I went to the River Walk last night to try and map out the miles. The mosquitoes were terrible to say the least. I had bug spray on and was eaten alive. (My husband had over 30 bites on one arm in 20 minutes) We made it a mile into the walk and could not take the swarms any more. So I do not suggest walking the route on Saturday especially if we are to receive rain. However I clocked out that one time around the fairgrounds concert area is ½ mile. I am not sure who all still planned on coming on Saturday or not. I know Jeanne (Weight Watcher Leader, Ionia) will be unable to attend so if you do the walk or participate at one of the other events mentioned below in Lowell please calculate your time, when, and where you walked at. You might be able to count your walk time at the Relay for Life if you do 5K on August 7 & 8. We could ask Jeanne at next weeks meetings
Sorry for the plans falling apart. Hope you all can still get in your 5K this weekend. I know there are some events planned in Lowell this weekend for their river walk. Also at Fallsburg park they are having a bike route for people to participate in.
Thanks for your interest
-Sam
