Any walking teams in Ada or Lowell Michigan?

I am trying to connect with WW walking teams in Ada or Lowell. Michigan. If possible it would be great to have an evening walking team. Now that Spring is here I would like to get outside and would appreciate the motivation that comes from a team.

Hi Janis,

I just sign in and would like someone who does WW and walks. I would love to be a runner someday but need to walk more right now. I live in Lowell. I will try to email you in private for now so look for me on your email.

Hi Janis, team Sole Food is meeting in Ada on Mondays at 6:30 pm near the covered bridge. First Monday in May is the official start. Come when you can, do what you can!

Hello Deb in Lowell.

Feel free to contact me about possibly getting together to walk. I am going to check out the walking team that will begin the first Monday in May at the covered bridge @6:30p.m. I currently walk for 1 hour every day, except Sunday ,on a treadmill in my basement but would like to take adavntage of some team spirit and motivation. i think the lady who heads up the Ada team is a WW leader. I too would love to be able to run but don't believe my knees would allow it so I have to stick to walking for now.

I have been walking with a group in Ada on Monday evenings and really enjoy the chat and the one hour walk. We meet by the covered bridge

and the ball field at 6:30 p.m. Hope you can join us.
