I live up the mountain and attend ww mtg in highland. When and what time would you meet?

I'm in Redlands, near Walmart. As soon as I get the go ahead from my doctor on walking (I just found out I have a compression fracture in my spine), I want to walk with others.

Are there a lot of events where one can walk instead of run?

Is it required that you be in Weight Watchers?
