Hey everyone! I'm a leader in the Bristol/Plymouth/Waterbury/Watertown area! I'm starting up a walking team to meet Wednesdays nights at 6PM in Bristol. We'll be meeting by the track at
This is a rain or shine event! After our 8 weeks of training, I'd like to have everyone do a 5K and donate your total weight loss so far in non-perishable foods (or the equivalent) to the food pantry in your community. I think this is a great way of not only helping our friends and loved ones in our community who are suffering from our economy, but also will be a great way to get us all in shape!! There's a track and a 2 mile loop. Do as much or as little as you are ready for.. as fast or as slow as you are ready for... but DO IT!

I cannot thank you all enough for coming out for a wonderful evening!!! I can't wait for our 5K! It looks like it will be a Wednesday night! See you all next Wednesday and hopefully even before at our meetings!!!:D
