-current times: 18's for 5k
-goal: 16's by fall
-Currently do about 40mpw, would like to bump it up to about 50-60mpw.
-1 long run per week, 1 day of hills or grass sprints, other five days just long steady state runs.
Anyone got a good sample week schedule for me, or just wanna add pointers/tips?
