First of all, is anybody else doing this program? I just downloaded and started on Tuesday.
I want to know if you are supposed to (a) do the 1st set...rest....2nd set.......move on to next exercise, or (b) is this workout to be done like a circuit. i.e. do 1 set of each exercise, back to back, then rest and then do your 2nd sets, all back to back?
Also, if there isnt one already, I'd like to start a little support thread here and have a daily check-in, if you are going through this same program. It would almost feel as if we had a little group and could offer support, advice, congrats on progress, ect..
