I have 4 sprint triathlons under my belt, training on my own without any kind of plan. The results are ok, my swimming got better, so is my cycling.
I think i can do better if i follow a good plan.
I was looking for a training plan, and found one here.
Do you know how this work? It seems like i cant not contact the trainer to ask my questions.
Once i purchase the plan, will he/she contact me to ask me my heart rate? Do i need to know all this things before i purchase the plan? Do i need a VO2 test? What kind of equipment i need, meaning heart rate monitor, cadence sensor, lap counter?
I really like this site and i love the articles. Just i need to know how the training program works before i invest in one of them.
