This is my 4th week although I am only doing week 3 as I felt I had to repeat week 2. 



I'm doing the training by time on a treadmill.  I have it on a 1% incline to simulate running outside (I read that somewhere)



What speed do you all do the "walking" section and "jogging" section if you are doing it on a treadmill?
