Is it bad to join more than one running club?

 

Hey there,

 

 

I am looking at two different running clubs and like them each for different reasons. Is it bad ettiquette (or against rules?) to join both?

Perhaps ask the clubs if they have any restrictions. I'm a member of two clubs. One club is great for track sessions, they have a coach and it's a hard evening's training. The other club get together for social runs along the foreshore, followed by coffee. Both clubs are great, but meet two different needs.

You may find that you can only declare an affiliation to one club for competitive races - but it doesn`t mean you can`t be a member of both
