Am I the only one who believes this is at least a lil' bunk?  Checque and form was mailed in the day after the DR, 7/12 and the jerseys are not available for near or likely 3+ months.  As the cycling season in the Rockies winds down I likely will not be able to wear the prize 5-P jersey this season.

I've just have never had a lengthy wait like this for any cycling event.  Let's see ~ 200K sitting in a CD or short term bond fund gaining interest...
