Re: Community Upgrade -- Feedback & Support
I have not seen anything out of place, however I do notice that this site no longer is compatible with my browser.  It was never 100% compatitble but it was good enough that I still used this site.  Now, it doesn't work enough for me to be able to use it, but I only have issues if I log in.  If I just visit the site there doesn't seem to be any issues at all.  This site is also not working with my phone anymore, again when I log in.  I prefer to use google chrome on my computer, I am on IE right now to be able to type this at all.  I have an iphone and used to be able to log in and post from phone, not anymore.  The text box doesn't work.  I don't know if you realized that this site doesn't work properly on other browsers or not so I thought I'd bring it up anyway.  As it is right now, I can't stand to use IE so I don't think I'll be doing much posting, which I'm sad because I've gotten a lot of support from people in this community.  If there is anything else you'd like to know about this feel free to contact me.  I still get the email notifications and will still come back to read the articles that are available here.

Re: Community Upgrade -- Feedback & Support

Hi Toby,

For the past two days I cannot access my active.com account except in read-only mode. Although I can log in, I cannot access any user features, cannot edit my blog, and cannot post to the community message boards. I’ve tried all the usual solutions (clearing cache, rebooting browser, etc.) but no effect.

I have a Mac and have used Firefox and Safari in the past for access with no problems.

I just tried logging in via Internet Explorer on a PC and THAT does appear to work (which is how I managed to post this message). However, I don't normally have access to a PC, and IE is no longer supported for the Mac. Can this be fixed so we Mac users can continue to access the site?

Thanks - Carol

Re: Community Upgrade -- Feedback & Support

It doesn't work much better in IE7 on a PC either. The 'Reply' buttons keep vanishing for me. In fact I accidentally clicked the "Report Abuse" link a few minutes on your reply, Carol -- I thought all of the links and buttons were messed up but after inadvertently clicking that link it seemed to be functional! Obviously your post is not abusive (Toby, if it was reported that way, please ignore!)  Now that my Reply button has reappeared I want to post this feedback quickly before they go away again.

This interface for posting replies seems clunkier than the old one (no preview feature, for one) and it seems to take a long time for threads to display. I often have to navigate away from Active.com and come back to it when it gets "stuck."

Re: Community Upgrade -- Feedback & Support

I usually use Firefox, which was working fine with this site until I tried to reply to a thread over in the newbie runners forum today and couldn't find the "reply" button.  I had to load up IE for the "reply" hyperlink to show up.

I really despise using IE, so I am hoping this problem will be resolved soon.

Re: Community Upgrade -- Feedback & Support
what's wrong with the route creator? I try to create a new route but when I click the spot to start at, the icon ends up jumping somewhere else on the map. Then the lines won't even follow roads or anything. That really bugs me because I have routes I'd love to post for Nebraska.
