Yoga for Athletes- Thursday night 10/1

Hi everyone.  I am a triathlete and also a yoga teacher and starting Yoga for Athletes classes tomorrow night, Thursday October 1st.  http://www.westhartfordyoga.com/series.htm

It is a 6 week class series, you can pre-register or just drop-in.  It is an all levels class and beginners are welcome at West Hartford Yoga www.westhartfordyoga.com

Athletes are encouraged to use this yoga practice to boost performance and complement an active lifestyle.
