Individual racer pics?

I saw many photographers along the route, and I see lots of great shots by photog Rich Cruse on the website, mostly of top athletes or group shots...  does anybody know if any of the photographers were snapping pics of indivual athletes to be made available for purchase?

I thought I read that they would have the pics available for all.  The photo website address was printed on one of the papers thay you received at the packet pickup - I didn't save my info.
