Is the course for the Jingle All the Way 10k flat or hilly?

I ran my first 10K at the end of September and am considering the Jingle All the Way 10K in December.  Can anyone who has run that 10K in the past tell me if the course is flat or hilly?  Is it suggested for a beginner 10K runner?
