Did W3D2 today. I was nervous, as between work and other engagements I haven't had time to go to the gym since Monday, but I had a pretty good run! Especially considering I forgot to bring my inhaler. (I have exercise-induced asthma, which usually gives me trouble.) I didn't feel like I was struggling, which was good.
Last time I tried C25K (over the spring), I could run for 10 minutes straight. Not at that point yet, but getting there. My distance came out to 2.1 miles today, which was better than Monday, so I'll take that!
