It's been, what, about 6 years since I use to moderate the Med Tent (pre-Active.com days).

Anyway, I'm hoping to start running again, but in the meantime I've been a full time bicycle commuter and racer.

My plan is to take baby steps so that I don't hurt my knees again--just trail running for now.
