I think this is the greatest program. I bought the app for my ipod touch and it is great. It is so nice to run, listen to my own music and have someone keep the time for me. I have just completed W2D2 and I feel great. Hope everyone else is feeling good as well. Keep on running!!!!!! We can do this.
