I have been running (a treadmill runner
mainly), but have recently done some 5Ks this year too, and am doing a 6K on T-Day. Thinking about later next year doing a 1/2 Marathon, but get confused about input on training. I probably do about (as of this week), close to 13 Miles per week total. My long run is a bit more than 7 Miles, and the others are work on speed and hills. How much more should I be doing to complete a 1/2 later next year? I see plans with running almost every day, but as of now I do about 3 days per week, 4 with a race. More? Not looking for 1st place, just a comfortable finish a 43 year old could be proud of
