I have been training for the Baltimore marathon on November 28th. I have had the "normal" aches and pains associated with my training. But, for no apparent reason, as I have not changed my program or missed any training sessions, I have what feels like a bruised ankle and pain that travels up to my knee. I took one day off to rest, but don't want to loose the momentum of my training. It's a catch 22 - if I train I may injure myself more, if I rest I potentially loose my fitness.
Your advice is greatly appreciated!
