@Jag - thanks for checking in. I'm still running 15 months after c25k and loving it (although this snow is seriously messing up my training.) I've run a couple of 10k's and got into the NYC half-marathon by lottery in March, so I'm training in earnest for that. I run 3/4 days a week. 3 mile runs, alternating flat and hills, and one long run on the weekend. Love it. I can't believe how much better I feel.
