I'm starting C25K week of January 4th - who's with me?

Hello runners!


Beginning the week of January 4, 2010 I'm going to start the Couch-to-5K running plan to start running again after a knee injury. Knee injuries have forced me to stop training for two marathons already and it's because I ran too much too fast. I won't make that mistake again and I'm going to use the C25K plan to make sure I take it nice and slow this time. I invite anyone else who wants to start running again or for the first time to join me!

"C25K, is a fantastic program that's been designed to get just about anyone from the couch to running 5 kilometers or 30 minutes in just 9 weeks....Its secret is that it's a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until after 8 weeks, you're ready to run 5 kilometers or 30 minutes non stop".
