This past year has been a bad year for my running. I only competed in 2 halfs and 1 full marathon, ran less than 1000 miles and added about 20 pounds. My marathon time was pretty off - over 30 min slower from my next previous marathon. And I must say that my overall pace seems to be slower each day. My job has been pretty stressful and I have not run on days when I should have.
