Road Running

I do a lot of running on the roads, does anyone experience leg problems because of the way the roads are crowned? Feel it causes me problems with left leg.
Running consistently on the same side of a crowned road can most definitely cause issues. It's often a cause of ITBS. Just be sure you break it up so you're not always on the same side or not on a crowned road at all.

Are you hitting hard with heals? Shoe change help sometime. Gel shoes like asics help me on roads. I like to run on dirt best. Crown roads means high in center and low at edges? If so, yes. this is problem for running, but not run in middle of road, stupid driver hit you. ![]()
Infidels!!
Cambered roads can present a problem when you run in one direction too much.

You are certainly not alone with this problem and it is NOT in your imagination. I find that I have to get out in the center of the road, up on top of the crown to get any relief. I do my best to avoid roads like this when I can. If not I get either as low as I can on the road or up on the top if traffic allows.
