What is the best way to get back on track after being sick for a week?

What is the best way to get back on track after being sick for a week?  I've been sidelined with a bad cold since last Tuesday.  My last good workout was W4D3 on Monday 2/15.  I tried to run last Wednesday, but couldn't even handle 15 minutes on the treadmill.  I want to get started again but don't want to overdo it.

Do I repeat W4, jump into W5 or walk for a couple of days and build up to  doing W5 next week?

. . . as surely as spring follows winter, nothing ever ends; after achieving your objective, you must start again, always using everything you have learned on the way.  - Paulo Coelho, The Way of the Bow

If I didn't have so far to go, the journey would end too soon.
