Periodization Strength Training vs. Circuit Training

Hi! I am training to compete in an Olympic Distance Triathlon in early June and want to start incorporating strength training into my program.  I am stuck however on whether to us a circuit training program or a periodized plan, both work but because I only have 11 weeks I want to be able to get the most out of my strength training and am not sure which one will yield the best results.  Any input/advice is greatly appreciated!
