Thanks for reaching out and being motivated to get better! There is definitely a difference of being 'in shape' and being in 'basketball shape'. We create off season workout regimes for young players like yourself, these drills incorporate basketball stamina while actually doing basketball drills. We also can give advice on conditioning exercises if need be.
I appreciate you understanding how vital it is to having great stamina on the court, it affects everything you do and when it comes to crunch time late in the 4th quarter you need to have more energy then your opponent. Depending on your age, height and position we'll develop some good stuff for you.
