I am running in 200 mile relay race consisting of 36 legs. Due to a runner dropping out I will be running 8 of the legs so I will be running roughly every 4 hours. What are the best things to refuel and give my body enough energy to keep on running after each leg of the race? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
