Which do you use on your sore and aching muscles after you run?
Usually i just soak in warm water and after i feel fine, but the next day the pain is still there. I decide to try an ice pack today. Which is better to treat sore muscles, hot compress or icepack?

What I think is use cold first then Heat....
I guessing do Cold for 20 minutes every hour for the first couple hours then heat for 20 minutes for a couple hours, make sure your eating potassium enriched foods after that will help with the soreness too.
Cold reduces swelling and inflammation and relieves pain.
Heat relaxes tightened and sore muscles and reduces pain.
It's not only about finishing, its about finishing healthy!
