Hi there,
I ran a bit (three 5ks) before getting pregnant and have bombed out on it. I am now 5 months along and just feeling crappy about myself. I want so much to just be active again. Anyone have any suggestions for me on being active and kicking my butt into gear while pregnant. I'm sick and tired of making the excuse that I am pregnant so I can't do anything. I have been pregnant 4 times in the last 6 years and refuse to just sit around again this time! But I know that usually you shouldn't do things unless your body was really used to it before pregnancy. Anybody.....
