I am a newbie, both on here and to the Triathlon scene. I have teamed up with a friend and two trainers to blog my triathlon training progress. I am lucky to have two friends that are triathletes and marathon runners, I never realized the mental hurdles I am having to overcome. Definitely! Blogging is a great way to learn from and remember an important experience, especially training for a triathlon.
